Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia, Hungary, United Kingdom, United States of America, Cyprus.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We do not charge any shipping costs.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
EU member states (except Germany) and Switzerland:
Standard shipping: 13,90 € per order.
Goods mail by shipping weight: up to 0,24 kg 6,49 €; over 0,24 up to 0,49 kg 7,49 €; over 0,49 up to 0,74 kg 8,49 €; over 0,74 up to 1 kg 9,49 €.
Parcel shipping by shipping weight: up to 1 kg 15,49 €; over 1 up to 2 kg 16,49 €; over 2 up to 5 kg 18,49 €; over 5 up to 10 kg 21,99 €; over 10 up to 20 kg 28,99 €; over 20 up to 28 kg 34,99 €.
United Kingdom and United States of America: 39,99 € per order.
The applicable shipping methods are those offered at checkout for your delivery address, goods and shipping weight, and the applicable shipping costs are those displayed before you complete your order. All shipping costs shown include the applicable statutory VAT.
Customers in Switzerland can also use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. This separate service is subject to the terms and service fees of MeinEinkauf.ch: https://meineinkauf.ch/ . The costs stated above for direct delivery to Switzerland remain unaffected.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
